Privacy Policy
Snowpack has no accounts, no login, no analytics, no crash reporting and no game server. The developer does not collect, store or receive any personal data from you. The game runs entirely on your device. Two features reach outside it, and only those two: an optional rewarded ad, and a direct connection to a friend when you choose to play co-op.

What is stored on your device
The game saves your progress in the app's own local storage. It stays on the device, is never uploaded anywhere, and is not readable by the developer:
- your coin balance and the cosmetic items you own;
- your character colours and outfit;
- your music and sound effect volume and mute settings.
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes all of it permanently. There is no backup and no way to restore it.
Advertising
Snowpack shows one kind of ad: an optional rewarded video, offered only after you lose a run, as a way to continue. You never have to watch it, and no ad is shown at any other moment. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
When an ad is requested or shown, Google receives information directly from your device. The developer does not see it and does not receive any of it. Depending on your settings and region, this can include:
- your Android advertising ID (a resettable identifier);
- your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, operating system version, app identifier);
- whether the ad was shown, watched or dismissed.
Google's use of this data is governed by its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in Settings > Privacy > Ads on your Android device. Where the law requires it, Google's consent tools ask for your choice before a personalised ad is served.
Co-op play
Co-op is off unless you start it. When you do, the two devices talk to each other directly (peer to peer), with no server in between and no account involved. You share an invite code with the other player yourself, by whatever means you like; the game does not transmit it for you.
Two consequences are worth stating plainly:
- To find a route between the devices, the game asks a public STUN server
(
stun.l.google.com) what your address looks like from the internet. It is contacted only when you open the co-op screen, it sees your IP address, and no game traffic passes through it. - Because the connection is direct, the other player's device learns your IP address, as it does in any peer to peer connection. Only play co-op with people you are willing to connect to directly.
What travels over that connection is gameplay only: positions, throws, hits, wave state. There is no chat, no voice, no file transfer, and nothing is recorded or stored afterwards.
Permissions the app requests

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, files, precise location or any other sensitive permission.
Children
Snowpack is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact the address above and it will be addressed.
Your rights
The developer holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing to export, correct or delete on this end; clearing the app's data removes everything the game keeps. Requests that concern advertising data are handled by Google under the policies linked above, including rights under the GDPR, the CCPA and the LGPD. If the app's data practices change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted in the app's store listing.
